Komorbiditäten bei Autismus-Spektrum-Erkrankungen - Stand der Forschung und Aufgaben für die Zukunft
Zahlreiche körperliche und psychopathologische Störungsbilder treten häufig bei Autismus-Spektrum-Erkrankungen auf. Derzeit wird diskutiert, ob zusätzlich auftretende psychopathologische Symptome eine eigene kategoriale komorbide Störung darstellen und als solche diagnostiziert werden dürfen oder ob sie als Teil der autistischen Störung zu verstehen sind. Anhand der Aufmerksamkeitsdefizit-/Hyperaktivitätsstörung (ADHS) wird ausgehend vom aktuellen Forschungsstand und eigener Forschungsergebnisse beispielhaft dargestellt, welcheVoraussetzung für eine komorbide Störung erfüllt sein sollten und welche Bedingungen sich aufgrund neurobiologischer Ergebnisse aus dem Bereich der Molekularbiologie, Neuropsychologie und Bildgebung für Ätiologie, Früherkennung, pharmakologische und psychotherapeutische Behandlung, Verlauf und den kategorialen Klassifikationsansatz ergeben.Kategorien:
Comorbidities with autism spectrum disorders – Present state of research and future outlook
Numerous somatic and psychopathological disorders occur parallel with autism spectrum disorders. It is presently being discussed whether other co-occurring psychopathological symptoms should constitute a categorical comorbid disorder on their own right and be diagnosed as such; or whether they should be understood as part of the autistic disorder itself. Based on the situation with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the current state of research and our own research results are used as examples to demonstrate which prerequisites must be fulfilled for a comorbid disorder. Furthermore, based on neurobiological findings from the areas of molecular biology, neuropsychology, and imaging we show which requirements emerge for the aetiology, early detection, pharmacological and psychotherapeutic treatment, course of illness, and the categorical classification approach.Kategorien:
